The 1,666th day of the full-scale armed aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine has begun.
A total of 278 combat engagements were recorded over the past day.
Yesterday, the enemy launched 106 airstrikes, dropping 356 guided aerial bombs. In addition, the invaders deployed 7,106 kamikaze drones and carried out 2,366 attacks on populated areas and the positions of our troops.
In Sumy region, the enemy shelled the settlements of Pysarivka, Ulanove, Ryzhivka, Oleksiivka, Yunakivka, Volfyne and Mariine. In addition, the areas of Ivolzhanske and Tovstodubove in Sumy region were subjected to airstrikes.
Over the past day, the aviation, missile forces and artillery of the Defence Forces struck one area where enemy personnel were concentrated.
On the North Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, our defenders stopped three enemy assaults over the past day in the areas of Bachivsk, Korenok and Hirky.
On the South Slobozhanskyi direction, Ukrainian units repelled 17 enemy attacks. The invaders attempted to advance in the areas of Lyman, Prilipka, Starytsia and Izbytske, as well as towards Mala Vovcha and Volokhivka.
On the Kupiansk direction, the enemy attacked three times in the areas of Kivsharivka and Tabaivka.
Attempts to break through our defences were repelled on the Lyman direction, where the occupiers attacked eight times in the areas of Lyman, Stavky and Dibrova, as well as towards Novoselivka and Drobysheve.
On the Sloviansk direction, the enemy conducted seven assault actions in the areas of Ozerne and Kryva Luka, as well as towards Mykolaivka.
On the Kramatorsk direction, the occupiers attacked once towards the settlement of Yurkivka.
On the Kostiantynivka direction, 18 attacks were recorded. The invaders conducted assaults in the areas of Kostiantynivka and Illinivka, as well as towards Osykove, Mykolaipillia, Novohryhorivka and Dovha Balka.
The highest number of assault actions was recorded on the Pokrovsk direction, where our defenders stopped 43 attacks. The enemy was active in the areas of Bilytske, Serhiivka, Udachne and Molodetske, and also conducted assaults towards Sofiivka, Priyut, Kuchерiv Yar, Vilne, Novyi Shakhove, Stepove, Hannivka, Novyi Donbas, Dobropillia, Vodianske, Krasnopodillia, Novofedorivka and Vasylivka.
On the Oleksandrivka direction, the invaders conducted two attacks towards Ternove and Verbove.
On the Huliaipole direction, the enemy made ten attempts to advance in the area of Hirke, as well as towards Kosivtseve, Rizdv’ianka and Charivne.
On the Orikhiv direction, our defenders stopped one attempt by the enemy to advance towards Zarichne.
On the Prydniprovske direction, the enemy conducted no assault operations over the past day.
On the Volyn and Polissia directions, no signs of the formation of enemy offensive groupings were detected.
Ukrainian defenders continue to systematically destroy the enemy and effectively resist its attacks along the entire frontline.
Overall, the losses of the russian invaders over the past day amounted to 1,530 personnel. The enemy also lost five armoured combat vehicles, 27 artillery systems, one multiple rocket launcher, four air defence systems, four unmanned ground robotic systems, 789 unmanned aerial vehicles, 374 vehicles and two pieces of special equipment.

Republican Rep. Michael McCaul says Trump has promised to sign the Russia sanctions bill if it clears the House. The House has passed the procedural rule allowing the measure to proceed to debate and a final vote. McCaul said he expects bipartisan support and described it as the strongest sanctions bill ever passed against Russia. Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces say their drones inflicted 6,280 verified Russian personnel losses, killed and wounded, from September 1-15, up 25.6% from 4,998 in the same August period. Commander Robert "Magyar" Brovdi says the daily average reached 419. The largest totals were recorded on the Huliaipole axis with 1,927, Dobropillia with 1,806 and Pokrovsk with 617. He said the September total could reach 12,500 if current conditions and the pace continue. #Ukraine

The Lindsey Graham Russia sanctions bill cleared a US House procedural vote 214–211. Two Republicans voted no and two Democrats voted yes, keeping the measure alive in a party-line test short of final passage.
Russian drones hit five houses in Seredyna-Buda over a day, striking private homes and an apartment building in separate morning-to-evening attacks, with fires reported after each hit.

Russian forces are increasing pressure on the Kramatorsk agglomeration with KABs, MLRS, heavy artillery and strike drones, increasingly hitting Sloviansk and Druzhkivka and trying to destroy bridges and logistics routes, per the 93rd Brigade.
Russian attacks overnight killed at least five people and injured more than 35 across Ukraine. Kyiv reported one dead and 11 injured; Izium was hit with KABs; Sumy and Dnipropetrovsk also reported civilian casualties and fires.
