We review in silico strategies, including machine learning and molecular dynamics simulations, cell-based assays, and in vivo methods to assess #developability, #immunogenicity, and #pharmacokinetics on a large number of drug candidates.
Antibodies can be derived from different sources and in addition to efficacy, #developability is a key attribute for success. Herein, we describe #biochemical and #invitroassays, which can be used to remove #drugcandidates with bad properties early in the discovery process.
