Storms are rough when we're in them BUT they reveal who we are, how strong we are Nd that God can/will give us peace as we brave the waters.

If we never go through those difficult times, how would we ever KNOW our true strength?
Think about this. If we never go through anything, how will we be able to honestly tell others it's going to be alright?
A great deal of what God allows in our lives is to prepare us for where He is taking us. Will it be easy? No But God can/will give us peace.
Chaos runs amuck on our jobs. Everybody seems to be out for self, causing much drama BUT God can/will give us peace in the eye of the storm.
Bills may be stacked to the ceiling and all we have is lint in our pockets BUT God can/will give us peace in those financial storms.
God can/will give us peace in the midst of our storms BUT we must be open to receive it.
How many of you KNOW that God can/will give you peace in the midst of your storm???
Father God, please open the hearts and minds of those who don't know you. Those who don't believe, help them in their unbelief, God..
The word for today is FORGIVE!!! Let's put it into action!!
And there it is, in God's Word. We must forgive or we won't be forgiven. It is not easy to forgive BUT we can do it by God's GRACE..
But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses. (Mark 11:26 KJV)
How can we ask God to forgive us for anything if we won't even open our hearts to forgive and accept others?
Holding grudges takes too much energy. It drains us and leaves us empty. We cannot function properly in that place. We must forgive.
Always remember that forgiveness is not for them. It is for us. When we harbor unforgiveness, we hurt ourselves. It will make us sick.
But if we are truly striving to be more like Christ, we must do what He did. We must show Mercy and exercise Forgiveness. God will help us.
It is agreed that looking past what has been done to us is not an easy task. Giving someone another chance to do better is not easy. Mercy..
What if God did that to us? What if God refused to forgive us for our own disobedience? It would hurt us tremendously. Grace and Mercy.
Someone bumps into us and we hold a grudge so long that we forget why we're holding it. We need to extend Grace and Mercy. Forgive them.
