I’m hearing a lot about @JcastroSB and @valerio_tom. It’s interesting that @Starbucks promoted these two after what I have heard. Grounds for termination in any other company.

This SM was high preforming and received numerous awards prior to his mental health deteriorating as a result of the 3 robberies. You threw him away like garbage. @StarbucksCare @Starbucks @meckensb

More stories: This store manager was FORCED out of the company after his store was robbed 3 times in 5 weeks by the same person. How ironic! No media attention. No support! No security! Let’s help this guy! @Starbucks @StarbucksCare @HowardSchultz

Thank you for all of the DMs. Some great stories. Seems like he was had a number of knives pulled on him in front of customers. Starbucks ignored the safety problems.
