@EnemyClass_ If you put aside buzzwords for a moment, you will realize that it was a demise of their own making. Were there some talented people who sank together with the incompetent captain and crew? Sure. But this is not some evil industry taking away jobs. It's people failing to deliver.

@DXFromYT @MatthewTabian95 Throwing around insults at every step shows just how insecure you are about the subject, but hey. Maybe you will grow up some day.

@DXFromYT @MatthewTabian95 No. Safe horny means "horny, but only within the confines of what's considered acceptable by political correctness". It just makes you angry, because it's specifically leftist political correctness that it describes, so it's personal to you.

@DXFromYT Are you actually that ignorant about the subject, or just really good at pretending? Or maybe, you're misrepresenting what "safe horny" is, so that it's easier to make yourself sound as if you're right? I guess we'll never know.

@sneedcola @Wokenessisevil I loathe censorship and I think every single instance of it should be exposed, called out, and ostracized. No matter how small it is. We are where we are because we let it become this way, because people went "it's no big deal" and "it doesn't impact the game". Fuck that.

@TrTriton0501 @Nick_Marseil But again, it's a prediction. So the only way to know for sure, is to wait.

@TrTriton0501 @Nick_Marseil No, I don't think Sony is lying out of their ass. The game was financially successful, but not successful enough to warrant another entry. The expected outcome is for every sequel to sell more. Unless it's a very established household name, without that, it's the end of the road.

@TrTriton0501 @Nick_Marseil No you can't. Jesus Christ, are you actually mentally deficient man? Do you know what a prediction is? You can doubt the data all you want, and disagree. But it's a fucking prediction. Read a dictionary. Also, the sequels you mentioned are all to established franchises.

@AccuserInAbyss @CubsVgl They are a counterweight, which means they pull in the opposite direction, which - in the best case scenario - lands the game somewhere in the middle. If you re-read my earlier posts, a 100% chud game will be just as obnoxious.

@TrTriton0501 @Nick_Marseil You gave nothing of the sort man, you're delusional. Did you deny the sales were lower? No. Can you deny someone's prediction that the franchise won't get a sequel because of that? No. You can disagree, and that's all you can do. Well that, and believing in corporate PR.

@TrTriton0501 @Nick_Marseil Because you expect proof for a personal prediction, based on data. You're mentally retarded.

@TrTriton0501 @Nick_Marseil Equivalent revenue? Nope. It drags slightly behind and that's WITH inflation on its side and higher pricing. It's logical that if a sequel sells worse than the first game, it was a failed sequel and there probably won't be a third game. That's the logic.

@TrTriton0501 @Nick_Marseil Yes. Based on sales data. Not Sony's PR. Halo is Halo. It's THE Xbox game. "Ghost of" was a one off that did really well, so it got a sequel. The sequel did significantly worse than the original, so we can safely assume there won't be any more games in the series. Logical.

@TrTriton0501 @Nick_Marseil That's a statement that you're making, not me, so don't ask me to prove it lol What I'm saying is that looking at the sales figures, there won't be a 3rd Yotei. That's it.

@AccuserInAbyss @CubsVgl And you got that where? We need people who aren't politically captured and engaged in culture war to work on games. Which means neither chuds nor wokies. Normal fucking people.

@TrTriton0501 @Nick_Marseil You are talking small picture. I'm thinking big picture. There won't be a third Yotei if the sequel, which SHOULD sell better, doesn't. Which means for the series, it was a failure. It earned enough to not be a financial one, but it means the end for the franchise.
