Bonzi Wells, former NBA player, dropped his top 3 all-time players. Bonzi gave flowers to Bron for his influence as a young player dealing with pressure of expectations. His top 3 is The Goat, Kobe, Bron, in that order and says that he can't put Bron ahead of Kobe and Mike because their skillset is unmatched. The more you hear media disrespect Bean's place in history, the more you hear former players, especially those who competed against him, put him right behind Jordan. Because that was the last legitimate goat debate. Those who know and who ain't suckas, know. For those who don't know, Bonzi was one of the talented guard/forward hybrids who was a menace on them scary ass Pippen/Rasheed Blazers teams at the turn of the century. Bonzi is 6'5 but played 2-3 inches taller and 20-25lbs heavier than his size, in the post. Bean had love for Bonzi and I'd bet if he were still here, he'd say that his battles in the post with Bonzi helped him polish his post game on both sides of the court. After enjoying success as a head coach in D-II, Bonzi currently serves on Damon Stoudemire's staff at Georgia Tech. BIG salute.
@ApexJones22 "Because the skillset is unmatched" Technically, Kyrie's skillset is unmatched compared to Shaq's, yet I doubt it moves the needle in the slightest when we throughly assess their individual impact, dominance & overall prowess. I know it's a long shot but use some common sense.
@ApexJones22 Loved Bonzi as a player…that Blazers team with ‘sheed, Sabonis, Smith, Mighty Mouse and Pippen was something else. Should have beaten Lakers in 2000…had a big lead in game 7!
@ApexJones22 Skill set of MJ and Kobe is unmatched . 100% fact
@ApexJones22 For those listening... the nigga said for Bron to be better than Mike and Kobe, he would have to be an average player 😂😂😂😂😂
@ApexJones22 Notice the mention of 6’9” 250lbs People think that it doesn’t matter, well it matters a lot. A LOT.
@ApexJones22 Bonzi never was an all star or all-nba, started <50% of games in his career and averaged 15 PTS twice in a 10 year career. But here you are hyping him up. Not even a historical footnote, but you want treat him like a stud. But you'll say the 90s were loaded
