#CBJ have expressed to 2023 2nd rd pick Gavin Brindley and his family/representation that they feel he’s ready to turn pro. Brindley, who just finished his sophomore season at University of Michigan with an NCAA semifinal loss, is said to be considering his options. Stay tuned.
@Aportzline Several people involved in this decision may not be around in a couple months. Brindley would be wise to wait for the opinion of the next CBJ front office.
@Aportzline If I’m Brindley I’m not doing shit until I understand what is going on with FO and coaching.
@Aportzline Would he be eligible to play in Cleveland? If not stay in school,CBJ have rarely let prospects develop,Marchy and Dima made an immediate impact because CBJ were forced to let them develop as opposed to Bemstrom and Johnson and many others
@Aportzline Patience is a virtue, the fans have been patient but the team has not and that’s part of the reason they are where they are
@Aportzline The young talent we’ll have on the team next year would be crazy if he were to switch over
@Aportzline Boy, I'd love to see him with the CBJ but if I'm GB and/or his parents why the hell would you leave UM for this franchise?
@Aportzline Jackets have a nice group of young forwards there. They might be a problem for the league in not too long
