@bookingcom So I have been waiting for 24 hour response nothing! The issue! You miscalculated Greek environmental tax to the tune of€60 I have paid this direct in resort which wiped out both genius and price matched discounts my advice is do not use these people.
@KFC_UKI KFC Burnley trafalgar just had my food delivered via uber eats stone cold! And both gravy and corn missing nothing to do but wait cannot contact anyone to rectify this! What an absolute sham and a waste of £26!!!
@santanderuk Unfortunately she has tried that your colleagues offer no solution other than cancel the card she is waiting for and Santander will issue another one! In essence she hasn’t had access to her own money why for 2 weeks now!! Do you think that is acceptable?
@santanderuk my partner has asked that I reach out as she doesn’t have X She reported her card having suspicious activity & blocked! Her closest branch is 10miles away! She has been waiting for her card for 10 “working days” two wks in the real world! No card, no local bank?
@bookingcomPA I find myself resorting to this platform, I have tried unsuccessfully contact both via customer services (non existent) and asking a resort a question albeit a difficult one. I booked a stay in good faith based upon the description only for the owner levy $1000 extr

So the bags went missing on the 21st and received on the 25th when went to school that is 4 days @AerLingus you have refunded basic £120 per bag for 3 days having spent £800 because we were unsure of getting them back. After the lies and deception this is how you treat customers
@AerLingus so after 4 months of trying finally a refund for lost baggage, however the luggage was lost at Xmas so presents toiletries clothes meds were in there we had no idea if we would see them again! Under advice from are Lingus JFK we spent £800 compensation £240 piss takers
@Help_E8 Can you please contact my via your official DM I believe this is a spam account and will be reporting as such
@assistance8361 I have checked my DM I have been waiting 4 months to be assisted! Again pushing customers to DM so that it is not visible on here I appreciate the personal info required needs protecting but I have been lied to at every single stage throughout this sorry affair but sill nothing
@assistance8361 Thank you offering to try but I don’t feel you will at all if you look at the messages I have sent previously, I have also emailed DM’d everything barring camping outside your HQ I do t beleive you will offer any assistance what so ever! The gravity a trip if a lifetime ruined!
@AerLingus Do not fly do not try customer service! This company are nust liars! Flew to JFK December they lost our luggage plural! Lied to by CS for 5 days! It is now 4 months and still no compensation not even an apology! I wouldn’t trust these with a paper airplane pathetic excuse!!
@AerLingus @Manairport_hubb @DublinAirport @JFKairport I find myself yet again having to resort to X in an attempt to get satisfaction. Luggage lost for 5 days at Xmas by you useless incompetents and yet still no guidance, interaction, information as to what compensation I will get!!! Customer complaint also sub’d 6 weeks no response
@AerLingus bags dropped at 10am 21/12/24 @Manairport_hubb bags missing since then! @DublinAirport transfer to our flight to @JFKairport bag are now 56 hours and counting missing! We’ve had no coms no help no advice from anyone inc @AerLingus @JFKairport etc incompetent half wits
@AerLingus @Manairport_hubb @DublinAirport @JFKairport Well actually no you can’t because my experience with you over the past few days is that you lie and then hang the telephone up!! Luggage landed this afternoon! Then we are told the courier will deliver in the morning!! @AerLingus you are f#*€ing incapable incompetents!!!
@AerLingus @AerLingusline__ Customer service hung up on me yet again! We can’t find your bags! Incompetent half whits!
This is not good enough no contact no help no info no assistance no customer services!
@AerLingus Yesterday two of our bags disappeared from flight EI107 The person at JKF filled the form incorrectly I subsequently changed it!I was informed that I should call JFK services today and I have with no replies! I have also contacted customer services with no response
@AerLingus @AerLinguscoms Anyone who has the chief execs x account details? @AerLingusline__ It may be useful as this needs a F_ing decision not the below pay grade numpties who are not dealing with this in any way! @AerLingus @AerLingusline__ where are my bags???
@AerLingus @AerLinguscoms So as I wrestle with diabetes cholesterol metal health issues @AerLingus and my insurers are wondering who to blame and who pays! Can’t wait for a diabetic coma or just a complete drop out starts! This is no f-ing joke you useless incompetent half whits! If anyone reads
@AerLingus @AerLinguscoms They do less than nothing half whits the lot of them! As the water torture continues and our break in NY slowly ebbs through our fingers with @AerLingus unconcerned about their incompetence not just incompetence of loosing our luggage but that of no contact!
