Alright, @FluidVoiceApp on iOS blows WisprFlow out of the water. It’s SO much faster and smoother. Apple should just acquire that tech and flush their voice to text down the toilet.

I’ve been fortunate to have access to FluidVoice for the last few days and it’s been superb! Incredibly user friendly and hasn’t yet made a dictation error despite my regional accent!

I've tried like a dozen iOS dictation apps and Mac apps, and I'm shocked by how good @FluidVoiceApp is. I'll admit that I had a bit of hesitancy about local models, but I was completely wrong. Another great thing about the iOS app is you don't need to always swipe back and forth between the app and the app you're trying to write in. I don't know what they're doing to make that work, but it works. And it's freakin' free.

I've been using @fluidvoice on the Mac for about 6 weeks and I'm really impressed. Works so well. And now I've installed the iOS version via test flight. The onboarding experience was excellent, and I'm dictating this to you now from the app. And it's free.
🤯 i don't know what kind of wizardry @FluidVoiceApp is doing with their iOS keyboard, but its genuinely amazing. The way voice dictation on iOS should be. Bravo, team!

i'm only 5 mins in but a few early notes: - the core value prop of dictation works well - the actual keyboard works well unlike wispr flow's mess. including using the spacebar to move the cursor accurately - nice and fast!

Depends on budget: MiniMax open-sourced their H3 video model so you can run it locally via ComfyUI if you've got the VRAM — free forever after hardware. Meta AI's app has free video generation built in, $0 to start. I've tried ElevenLabs Creator ($22/mo) which bundles 50+ video models — Kling, Veo, Sora — with voiceover in one workspace.
