Allah 'shows' himself in form of effect. He doesnt show himself to us. He makes things happen when we ask him things. He show himself and let's us know that he is there and all knowing all powerful. Allah is real.
The ways Allah answers your dua's is unexpected and surprising. Never lose the hope. Keep praying. Keep asking. Miracle happened to me. Do not lose hope. Allah is All-knowing All-hearing.
The amount of evil that there is on this planet. If you knew what I know, you'd be anxious every single day. Only God can fix this evilness. Be with God and be protected. Allah will be there for you.
