@BenPhillips_ANU I think universities are 75% public funded if you include help loans repaid through the tax system the rest being international student fees. I think childcare and healthcare is 60-70% public funded. What is the correct answer?

@theAZtrader A spare room is viewed as an unaffordable luxury now unfortunately. I believe the govt and rbs said we needed more inhabitants per dwelling. Housing should be abundant and affordable.

@DaveTaylorNews And has substantial market risk. To replace owning ppor with super and then rent would require a super balance in excess of the value of the house given risk free rate of return. Would anyone argue owning own home is worse than having equiv in super?
