And after 1.5 years, we are back! Follow #DeloitteSupports all week as our volunteers return to in-person support at the @USNavy and @usairforce training camps, helping these incredible veterans prepare for the #WarriorGames in Orlando, Sep 12-22! @lifeatdeloitte

Thanks for following along with @DeloitteUS PHW team! During the past 3 months, we’ve brought our virtual format to 125+ #Veterans... Overall, ~60% of participants are hired within three months of participating in the EBC program! #DeloitteSupports

Next, the program expands with networking tips, resume development & interviewing best practices. The last day is devoted to mock interviews & a “Straight Talk” panel both led by Deloitte leadership and includes other industry employers #DeloitteSupports #Hiringveterans
The #virtual EBC program is 2 days long, and every module builds on top of itself. For example, the PHW team starts the program by working in small groups to help identify strengths & skills, then these are used to craft each participant's elevator pitch...
#Virtual EBCs give access to #veterans all over the country, allowing for more participants, and more frequent EBCs, while enabling @DeloitteUS leaders like @dhelfrich21 & @janetfoutty to join and provide incredible perspective on career transition. #DeloitteSupports
For 3 years, our PHW team partnered with @WWP to deliver EBCs to transitioning #ServiceMembers, #WoundedWarriors, #Veterans, & their families, helping participants translate military skills, develop resumes, & practice interviews. This year, the team shifted to #virtual format 🇺🇸
