All #openaccess #journals in #DOAJ must have a fully registered and confirmed #ISSN for them to be indexed. In January, DOAJ partner @ISSN_IC launched their new portal: issn.org/the-new-issn-p… with improved search, display and added data options.

Just a thought....If an article published in a journal never gets cited/never gets read in future, was it.. a) a futile exercise on part of the authors, or b) a learning exercise for authors which will benefit them in writing other articles?
