@redBus_in @prakashsangam I am forced to pay more for a service that is not worth mentioning. And we haven't reached the destination yet. Bus Operator(Sri OmTravels): our pusback buses got booked , so pls adjust. Customer care rep: My senior Rep's are not available at this late time for a resolution.

@redBus_in @prakashsangam Worst ever experience. Hired a bus @redBus_in for an event and we have reached no where!!. Pathetic behavior from customer care and irresponsible answer from bus operator.
