@CapitecBankSA Agent absolutely refuses to escalate, even though they a) don't understand what I'm saying and b) it is so clearly above their competence level to deal with my issue.

On my VERY FIRST trip, the @Uber driver cheated me! He said he "didn't have reception" & then afterwards I saw he charged me for "waiting", but he didn't wait even a second! Never again! You lost a customer! @Uber_Support ,#badservice #cheaters

The ANC want South Africans to believe that a 9 month old virus bankrupt the nation. It didn’t, ANC mismanagement & corruption over the last 26 years did. 🇿🇦

What #badservice from @banggood ! Got a broken speaker right out of the box. Contacted #CustomerService for 6 days, but still no solution. They're waiting for 7 days to pass so they don't have to honour their "7daywarranty". Rather buy from @amazon @eBay @AliExpress_EN #ecommerce

@banggood @amazon @eBay @AliExpress_EN You've been saying that for SEVEN DAYS, but on @Twitter just say "we'll get back to you" but never do, because you don't want to honour your OWN #WARRANTY! #badservice #CustomerService #CustomerExperience #Unethical Your competitors are SO MUCH BETTER!
