Chairman Imran Khan's message to the people of Pakistan shared through his family on the 10th of October: “When I was illegally incarcerated in Attock Jail, the first few days were particularly challenging. I wasn’t provided a bed and had to sleep on the floor and had insects and mosquitoes all over me. But with time I have adjusted well to the prison conditions. During my time in prison, I have had the opportunity to study and research the Holy Quran in depth, along with other books which has strengthened my faith. I was also able to introspect the last few years of my political life. Regardless of what prison they keep me in, whatever conditions they impose upon me, I will not back down even an inch from the quest of Haqeeqi Azadi, for the upholding of the rule of law and the Constitution of Pakistan, at the core of which is free and fair elections. To those suggesting that I leave the country, know that I will live and die with Pakistan, and I will not leave my land to go anywhere. As far as the Cipher case is concerned, this bogus case is designed to protect former Army Chief General Bajwa and Donald Lu. I was the elected Prime Minister of the country. Treason was committed against me and my govt by General Bajwa, instead of investigating the foreign conspiracy in orchestrating a regime change, a case has been filed against me for informing the people of Pakistan, the real protectors of this country, about this treason. If there’s one thing that bothers & pains me, is the suffering of my workers who have been illegally imprisoned, especially our women workers who have been in captivity for months, by a few people who abuse their power to satisfy their egos. I appeal to the judiciary to provide justice and order the immediate release of our workers. Finally, Do not give up. This time of trial will end because Allah says that "with every difficulty there is ease". Keep raising your voice against this unelected predatory group and their facilitators at every forum and keep demanding a fair and transparent election in the country. I am predicting that on whatever day the election is held, people of Pakistan will come out in huge numbers to vote for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and defeat all these parties combined. No matter how much these people cheat, their only destiny is defeat. Pakistan Zindabad.”

Chairman Imran Khan has been and will always remain an advocate for the Palestinian cause. He has consistently maintained his stance that oppression, occupation, and peace cannot go hand in hand. From the first Nakba in 1948, to inhumane treatment and the siege of Gaza, Palestinians have stood alone fighting for their right to peaceful existence. International community must intervene to stop the escalation to avoid further loss of precious lives. Also, these events should also serve as a reminder that we need a peaceful solution in accordance with the resolutions passed by the UN and OIC — a State of Palestine with pre-1967 borders and Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital.

I have always strongly & unequivocally condemned Modi govt's illegal action in revoking special Status of IIOJK. Not only did India brazenly violate international law & UN resolutions but it also committed a war crime under Fourth Geneva Convention by altering demography of IIOJK. What is very unfortunate, is how the powerful in the international community continue to adopt a discriminatory approach towards the issue of human rights. This acceptance by the powerful of India's continuing HR violations with impunity is similar to Munich and the appeasement of Hitler. I will continue to raise my voice on all forums in support of the Kashmiris struggle & their right to self determination as guaranteed under UNSC resolutions.

پاکستان تحریک انصاف کے اراکین اور ذمہ داران کے گھروں پر غیرقانونی چھاپوں اور توڑ پھوڑ کا سلسلہ بلا رکاوٹ جاری ہے۔ تحریک انصاف خیبرپختونخوا کے صدر علی امین گنڈا پور جنہیں پہلے بھی بغیر کسی جواز کے حراست میں لیا گیا اور ملک بھر کی جیلوں میں ایک ماہ تک قید رکھا گیا جہاں انہیں دورانِ حراست تشدد (کسٹوڈیل ٹارچر) کا نشانہ بھی بنایا گیا، کی رہائش گاہ پر پھر سے چھاپہ مارا گیا ہے۔ حکّام نے ان کے 82 سالہ ضعیف والد کو 5 گھنٹوں تک ہراساں کیا اور نہایت بےرحمی سےلوٹ مار کرتے ہوئے لاکھوں روپے مالیت کی قیمتی اشیاء اور 5 گاڑیاں ساتھ لے گئے۔ اس کے علاوہ انہوں نے جان بوجھ کر گیس لیک کی جس سے پورا گھر ایک دھماکے سے اڑ سکتا تھا۔ ان حربوں اور ہتھکنڈوں سے اہلِ پاکستان کے پایۂ استقامت میں کوئی لغزش پیدا ہوگی نہ ہی ان کے دلوں میں حقیقی آزادی کی تڑپ ماند پڑے گی البتہ یہ ریاست اور شہریوں کے مابین رشتے میں دراڑیں ڈال رہے ہیں۔ ہم اس توڑ پھوڑ کے ذمہ دار آئی جی پولیس اور ڈی سی او کیخلاف عدالتوں میں 22A کا مقدمہ دائر کریں گے۔ پولیس اور سرکاری حکّام کیلئے میرا پیغام ہے کہ حالات بہرحال ہمیشہ ایک سے نہیں رہتے چنانچہ آپ یقین رکھئیے کہ ان جرائم پر آپ کا محاسبہ کیا جائے گا۔ اور ”اوپر سے ملنے والے“ احکامات آپ اور جیل کے مابین ہرگز حائل نہ ہو سکیں گے۔

The practice of illegal raids and ransacking the homes of PTI leaders & workers still continues unabated. PTI KP President Ali Amin Gandapur, who was arbitrarily detained earlier and spent a month in prisons all over the country where he was also subjected to custodial torture, has had his home raided again. The authorities harassed his 82-year old father for 5 hours, plundered & looted millions of rupees worth valuables and took away 5 vehicles. Also, they deliberately caused a gas leak which could’ve even blown up the house. These tactics will not break the resolve of Pakistanis or deter their spirits for Haqeeqi Azadi, but it is fracturing the relationship between the State & its citizens.
