@warhammer As focus are not responding to customers asking where their CE is and shutting down support tickets maybe you could value your customer base and ask on our behalf?

@eurogamer What's your view on 100s of people not receiving the ce and tracking not working with the shipping company having no idea who focus is. Also @Focus_entmt silence on the matter and closing support tickets with a blanket response?

@cuttlevawn @Focus_entmt @wasimiqbal47 According to the consumers right act it is the responsibility of the company to chase up and get it sorted. They are in breach of that as they are not doing that and also shutting down people's support ticket with a blanket response

@Focus_entmt We did we got a generic reply about being busy and they will reply when possible. That's not good enough.

@willsomers98 @Focus_entmt Tnt have told us the shipping number is not for them as it's an incorrect format and they have been flooded with people with the same issue

@Focus_entmt @PirateSoftware I'm just going to assume our order was given away to a streamer to spoil it as you won't acknowledge the fact you have sent everyone incorrect tracking.

@Neon__Synthesis @RedSteel187 @Focus_entmt Honestly this seems to be an issue for loads of people if not everyone who ordered direct from them. The fact they have not even acknowledged it is absolutely disgusting

@Focus_entmt Hi can we get a reply to this please. We pre paid over a year ago and this is ridiculous and it's the same for so many others. I think we deserve an answer as valued customers? Or are we not and you scammed us all?

@HWargaming @Neon__Synthesis They are really shit at sending out the magazines to stores. We have had to argue for missing editions so often it's a pain 😭 if you can't get a hold of a copy let me know and I will try and grab one if possible

When all the @Tesco trolleys are messing up and locking the wheel so you have to literally carry the trolley full of shopping around the shop and back to the car. My whole body is actually shaking.
