We turned 15,560 m² into 72,053 pallet positions for DAKA, a leading Chinese beverage brand. But scale is only half the story. Behind the scenes, ATOMIX's HETU AI keeps shuttles moving in sync, optimizing routes and coordinating tasks in real time. Take a look at how it all comes together.

Shanghai is calling, and ATOMIX is answering! We're heading to CeMAT Asia 2026 to go beyond the buzzwords and talk real-world warehouse automation. Nov 3–6 | Hall N1, Booth C3-2 | Shanghai New International Expo Centre Got questions about smarter warehousing? Let's talk in person!

A building-block set may come in one box. Behind it can be thousands of SKUs moving through a warehouse. For Chinese toy brand SEMBO, Atomix combined Pallet Shuttles with AMRs to bring high-density storage and flexible ground-level picking into one system. The setup helped SEMBO improve operational efficiency by 40%, while cutting transportation costs by 60% and keeping outbound accuracy at 100%. 🎥 See the system in motion.

A 28-year-old stacker crane was never built for today's order volume. At ST Logistics in Singapore, rising online orders meant the old system couldn't keep up. So the team came back to Lenovo and us for Phase II. We replaced it with flexible shuttle automation, one system now handling both full-pallet storage and order picking. Storage density rose 35%. Picking efficiency rose 55%. The warehouse is keeping pace with the business.

Keeping orders moving on time gets harder when warehouse space is limited and labor is difficult to find. For many warehouse operators, that’s an everyday reality. Together with Lenovo, we helped ST Logistics in Singapore address these challenges by connecting high-density storage, mobile robots, and automated order sorting through the Atomixer software. This delivered up to 40% faster order processing and 30% higher efficiency and productivity, while reducing energy consumption by 30%.

Asia. Europe. The Americas. Different markets, same result. Atomix now runs in 20+ countries and regions. Our largest project spans 74,500+ pallet positions, moving 1,100 pallets an hour with 100+ shuttles working in sync. The proof isn't in one project. It's in every one that follows.

Robots are the visible part. Software is what connects the dots. Atomix's Atomixer Software links warehouse systems, workflows, and heterogeneous robots across three layers: order and inventory management, warehouse execution, and robot scheduling. Built on modular architecture with flexible APIs, it integrates at different levels depending on existing systems and deployment needs. One connected system, linking warehouse operations with robot execution.

A faster robot doesn’t necessarily mean a more productive warehouse. What matters is how well it fits into the operation — from initial deployment to everyday picking, charging, and energy use. Atomix's Bin AMR delivers 30%+ higher picking efficiency, deployment in just 2 hours, rapid charging, and low-energy operation. And that’s automation built for real warehouse productivity.

Warehouses rarely get more spacious. More SKUs. More inventory. More traffic. Same floor. Atomix's Pallet AMR is built for high-capacity transport in confined spaces, pairing omnidirectional movement with autonomous pallet handling. With payload options up to 1,000 kg, it keeps operations moving even as space gets tight. More flow, without needing more floor.

Most pallet shuttles trade flexibility for density, or density for flexibility. Atomix's Pallet Shuttle does both. It moves across aisles and switches layers using lifts, handling up to 1,500 kg per pallet while staying just 125mm slim, light enough to keep energy use down without sacrificing storage density. It's also CE certified by SGS, the kind of safety and reliability bar most warehouse robots don't clear. Built to cut the labor cost of storage, not just the footprint.

We're building what we believe is the world's first Embodied Tiered Picking Solution — together with a leading global retail giant. Thousands of SKUs. Different shapes, sizes, picking complexity. FERRATA dynamically tiers each task and routes it to the right execution unit — robot, human, or hybrid. See it in action:

Warehouse tasks aren't one-size-fits-all, so the execution shouldn't be either. SKUs range from standard cartons to soft packs to total one-offs. Route every item through the same execution method, and you either overspend on automation or break on the edge cases. Ferrata, our AI-orchestrated picking system, assesses every order and SKU, then routes it to the most suitable of 3 tiers. Level 1 handles standard, high-frequency SKUs with high-speed gantry picking at 450 pcs/h. Level 2 handles irregular or flexible items with dual-arm robots and embodied AI — 21 degrees of freedom for human-like dexterity. Level 3 handles exceptions and long-tail SKUs through human-robot collaboration, ultimately achieving 100% task completion. One system. Full coverage. Automation economics that actually pencil out.

Something's changing at ATOMIX. ATOMIX has merged with @Dexmal_AI. We’ve built robotics, orchestration software, real-world operations, and industrial-scale delivery. Now, we’re combining that foundation with Dexmal’s embodied intelligence. From automation to autonomy — that's the shift. This is where the warehouse starts making its own calls. More to come.

Flexible. Scalable. Smart. Follow along as we roll this out.

Warehouses are dynamic. Automation should be too. Meet Atomix — Unlimited Warehouse Automation. We combine standardized robots (Atoms) with intelligent software (Atomixer) to automate storage, handling, and picking. Headquartered in Singapore, deployed globally 🌍
