Bei @lufthansa @lufthansa_DE gibt es keine Gleichberechtigung! Es werden nicht alle mit den gleichen Kunden Service behandelt. Obwohl es in die EU-Verordnung Nr. 261/2004 zu Fluggastrechten steht. Da sagt Lufthansa UNS EGAL!

Hallo @Lufthansa_DE wir hatten eine Verspätung mehr als 3 Stunden. Mein Arbeitskollege bekam eine Erstattung ohne Probleme, bei mir wird auf den Streik geschoben obwohl das garnicht an dem Streik Tag war! BITTE um eine Antwort. Da fühlt man sich verarsch!

@Lufthansa_DE Es war - aufgrund unseres Eingreifens und mehrfachen umbuchen - Verspätung bei Ankunft am Zielort (Houston). Das ist der realen Grund was auch bei meinem Arbeitskollege angegeben worden ist. Diese Nachricht hat mein Arbeitskollege bekommen: Und ich mit dem Ablehnung ..
