Journal what you did, not what price did. "10:12, felt behind, chased." After 20 entries, the repeated feelings are your real leals. #Trading #NQ

After a stop-out, stand up and walk away for 5 minutes. It's the cheapest risk control in trading, and it costs nothing. #Trading #NQ

Set a daily loss limit in dollars before the open, and write it down. When it's hit, close the platform. A limit only works if you set it while calm. #NQ #Trading

+$600 USD today trading #MNQ . The 99% trade time for salary. The 1% trade liquidity from anywhere. Setting up my next trading base. Cape Town or Buenos Aires (Nordelta, Pinar). Which one would you pick and why?

Before every entry, finish this sentence: “I’m wrong if price hits ___.” If you can’t fill the blank, you don’t have a trade. You have a hope. #Trading #NQ

Most traders want to be right. A few want to be paid. They are rarely the same trade. #Trading #NQ

@lagodepsique El tiempo pasado no importa, lo que importa es la ejecución desde ahora. Vamos a ello.

You don't hate losing. You hate losing without a story. So you invent one: "stop hunt," "manipulation," "algos." Sometimes it's true. More often it's anesthesia. #Trading #NQ

@paxtrader777 Mean reversion is trading the elastic band. When ES stretches to +2SD away from Session VWAP (e.g., 5870 vs 5840 VWAP) without fundamental catalyst, you trade the contraction back to 5840. Risk is hard-capped above the extreme high (5876). If trend volume enters, you cut.

@lagodepsique Mi frase favorita es: «Usa Matrix para salir de Matrix». ¿Estás de acuerdo? 🙂

Posting late as I got in from London past midnight last night...upside fill unfolded in overnight session. Main comment going forward: IF GC takes out PDH, then it gives WRR Buy signal (thanks to help from bonds). For now, ROC flip at support...

@paxtrader777 Spot on. Waiting for 'reaction confirmation' is just paying a premium for psychological comfort. By the time the reaction is obvious, the asymmetry is gone. First-touch execution on HTF pivots is where the real institutional edge lives.

@paxtrader777 Watching live P&L forces your brain into System 1 (primitive threat response). The top 1% trade strictly using System 2 (deliberate logic). Hiding P&L isn't just a trick it’s cognitive hygiene.
