Removal of JavaFX from Oracle JDK 8 JDK 8 update 451 is the first upgrade of JDK/JRE 8 without JavaFX. Oracle continues to develop and release JavaFX as stand-alone modules via the OpenJFX project for the latest versions of Java only.
