Don't get swept into the Flat Earth agenda. It's a psyop. Nearly every claim of the Flat Earthers turns out to be a wild misunderstanding of basic physics like thinking that you should "feel" the speed of whooshing through space while standing on Earth. Flat Earthers have also said there are no satellites in orbit. How do satellite phones work? Satellite TV? They also claim that the moon and sun are *really* close to the "flat Earth" which would make the sun and moon much larger when they are directly overhead. You can measure the visible size of them with a mil-dot scope and see that the sun and moon maintain near-perfect size consistency no matter where they are in the sky. You can do this with a $100 riflescope by looking at the full moon. Or if you're an idiot, stare at the sun. If you're a bigger idiot, wear a COVID mask while you stare at the sun. There are a hundred more easily understood reasons why the Earth isn't flat. For example, why do people in Australia see different star constellations than people in North America? The answer is obvious: They're on (near) opposite sides of the spheric planet, which means when they look "up," they are looking into different vectors of the sky. Flat Earth is a psyop to make gullible people who don't understand basic physics look really, really stupid. And it works.
@HealthRanger But Mike why do they aim satellite dishes at this one very specific spot if the satellites are zooming around thousands of miles an hour? As soon as it’s out of alignment you get no signal. The answer is dishes are actually aimed towards towers
@ToneisLife @HealthRanger Geostationary orbits. Look them up
