Here's the rest of it. 🔴 DHS says Oscar Belgal, 28, rammed ICE vehicles to get away. 🔴 YOUR police commissioner, Jessica Tisch, says NYPD video shows an officer at the front of his CR-V. Then the car moved forward. 🔴 DHS says he's here illegally, with a grand larceny conviction and prior arrests for assault, robbery, drugs and weapons. 🔴 DHS ties him to the Trinitarios, the gang whose members shot an off-duty CBP officer in this city last year. He's not "a New Yorker." He's a criminal illegal alien with gang ties and a rap sheet. The Trinitarios: born on Rikers Island, armed with machetes. They hacked 15-year-old Junior Guzman-Feliz to death outside a Bronx bodega. DHS ties them to the illegal alien who shot an off-duty CBP officer in the face last year.
