Persistent speeding in Somerset. Unknown driver, but @ASPolice can look it up and have a word to change behaviour - but they won't, citing SCC/ICO guidelines. It's built to be compliant and other forces are happy to use. Speeding kills over 200 a year in UK. Perspective?
