@HcRedShark @PatStaresAt Can you pick dark paladin style sub classes or abilities? Seems the game just has the default ones

@Spearo32 @bobzen36 @terminallyOL I was referring to far-right nationalist weirdos who got really mad when Drow weren't racially evil anymore for example

@LilySimpson1312 Like, this game is fucking crazy right? It's wild how dedicated it is to just letting you do whatever the fuck you want

@Carr0w @FauxBravo @terminallyOL Sorry, the entire concept of a whole species having one specific trait is dumb and always was reductive. You have to embrace the nuances and complications of the world, not put every plane of existence on a 9-point chart

@bobzen36 @terminallyOL For most of these people it's just "change bad" I think for a lot of a... certain type of people, they see the removal of binary concepts of good and evil as being enigmatic of the degradation of society or whatever

@BEAT_SKELTON Death Note is pure camp and shlock and I love it for that. Anyone who thinks it's actually super smart is ok them, not on the series I personally don't get the feeling that DN thinks it's really smart and serious, I think it's just trying to be big and dramatic

@catmanmanson @coldest_zeta @supersmashmelee @PatStaresAt Well I mean like, the wizard will presumably have some specific quests related to him being a wizard. If you change him to a paladin he's still gonna go to a quest at the wizard school and act like he's a wizard

@coldest_zeta @supersmashmelee @PatStaresAt OH I didn't put it together that you could change *their* class. I assumed that you could only respec within their starting class, not totally redo them. Wouldn't changing their class entirely modify who they are? How does the story deal with that

@RockLeeSmile It's from a manga called Grappler Baki. I haven't seen it but apparently it's batshit and makes JoJo look like baby's first playtime

@RockLeeSmile I am a tiiiiny bit worried about D3santis since he is so much worse than tormp when it comes to policy, but is handily defeated by tp. his campaign seems doomed but we thought b5dens was in 2020 so who knows

@GenePark If you have a game that should be this big open world but it ends in 5 hours and you ask "that's it?", thats a valid criticism But if you play RE2R and finish it 5 hours in, you're not likely to be asking "that's it?" because its length was perfect for what it was doing

@GenePark Also raw hours is just not a good statistic beyond answering "Do I have time to play this" A much better question is "does the amount of content this game has feel sufficient?" because a game can feel starved and leave you wanting, or it can feel bloated
