Denise Rosado, the attorney representing Kenneth Conway and MorningStar Gopher, who claim to be descendants of Chief Two Guns White Calf, has now admitted she was fired from the FCC. Her explanation for the termination raises serious questions, as do the ancestry claims of her current clients. Even more concerning is the apparent conflict of interest. This same attorney previously represented the family we maintain are the rightful descendants of Chief Two Guns White Calf, including Delphine White Calf, in the very same trademark dispute.
