Explee is great with the data for potential leads however I didn't like the fact that it's agents overpower the instructions of sending email and try to book calls - I tried few ways but in vain and most of the emails suggested to book a call while the app is self serve and very simple. Absolutely no need to book a call for each and every user. Am I missing something in Explee? Or is it that way only? If yes then any better tool for GTM / outreach? Since I already have 4 apps and in future I might build some more - Don't you think building one for self would be better 😅😅

I have been active on X for last few weeks and result 29 followers, found 89 people worth following. By active I mean I am posting my updates, thoughts, questions, etc. while interacting with posts which intersts me for a discussion, feedback or networking!

Day 3 of monetizing my products 1. Finally I came up with complete proposal and questionnaire. Sent the document to the client and now waiting for his reply and if things go well - would have a call with them and try to start the build from this week! Very close to have first enterprise client for burnshot.app! 2. Come up with a plan to reach the potential customers for Burntshot. 3. Users for ReplyMark are growing slowly have reached to 23 now. Both have got their merits and demerits - in my case I built burnshot.app for users as I had never worked on B2C app but gradually I realised that monetizing burnshot B2C is tricky due its own features. So, I decided to offer custom solutions to businesses on top of the public app. Closing B2B clients takes time and efforts but its worth the hustle we made. If I am given a Sales time and few account manager I would go with B2B app. But for a indie hacker it can be challenging if a lot of work is required in bespoke builds + managing the clients. However, to build B2C apps you need to find a mass pain point which I feel is the biggest challenge now while in B2B you would feel specific problems for businesses.

As a solo developer / Indie Hacker what do you prefer to develop and distribute? 1. B2C app with lots of users OR 2. B2B app with handful businesses and high ticket value
