@alinmaCare My ATM cash deposit failed due to a technical issue on 16 October, and my money is still not returned. I have waited long enough. If this is not resolved immediately, I will take legal action to protect my rights.

@stcbank_ksa Since 12th May, only copy-paste replies and “general issue” excuses. Every time I contact support, I’m told to chat again through the app like customers have nothing else to do except chase their own money. Resolve it instead of repeating the same responses.

@stcbank_ksa Since 12th May, my STC Bank top-up through Apple Pay is still unresolved. Money was deducted and support keeps repeating “general issue” with no actual solution, no timeline, and no accountability. This level of service is unacceptable. Resolve it immediately.

@noon Received Coca-Cola from Noon with only 10 days left before expiry. Selling near-expiry products without clear warning is unacceptable and risks customer health. Taking legal action on this matter @Saudi_FDA @Saudi_FDA_en

@sadapaypk To anyone living overseas: Do NOT trust Sadapay. If you’re relying on them from abroad, you’re taking a big risk. They’ve failed to deliver my card for over a month with constant lies and excuses. No real service. No accountability. They can mess with your money too.
