@hamIam18 Death Note Complete Box Sethas been cancelled
@Random_guy724 I do apologize this format is still on the site and is still on backorder. I can not confirm if it will be cancelled also as the publisher has not responded.
@Random_guy724 may I have your order number?
@Random_guy724 I do apologize that Volume has been pulled from the website and may be out of print.
@hamIam18 Your item(s) is back-ordered and will be shipped out when we receive it. You will not be billed until your order ships to you.
@Random_guy724 I have sent you a private email regarding this order.
@Random_guy724 May I have your order number?
@hamIam18 We will fulfill your order as quickly as possible. This could take between two to four weeks. Once shipped, tracking your order's status is available for you by logging into your online account.
@hamIam18 I do apologize the publisher did not meet that deadline we are still waiting on the items to come in.
@DrScrex That time frame is an estimate we depend on the publisher to ship it within that time frame but in some cases they are unable to.
@DrScrex if the item was on backorder, we do not guarantee that a backorder will be filled as stated in the email that is sent out when the item is ordered.
@yoh_lopez1412 you would have to contact paypal for that information.
@yoh_lopez1412 This was voided already with paypal.
@Random_guy724 I apologize that information is not provided to us. If it is not to your liking when it arrives it can be returned.
@AUGY01 We are sorry that you would like to cancel your order. Per your request, we have canceled your order. Please note that you have not been charged for this item.
