“Do you accept that the decisions made about cutting back public spending are part of the reason we’ve ended up in this situation [with crumbling schools]?” asks #BBCLauraK “No” says Chancellor Jeremy Hunt, who says school funding was protected bbc.in/3r6nXw2
@BBCPolitics Hunt is a liar.
@BBCPolitics Hunt is a liar.
@BBCPolitics Well clearly it was not . They all just lie with such easy now everytime a Tory minister goes on television a little bit of the truth dies with them.
@BBCPolitics These journalists are useless they don't even hold them to account
@BBCPolitics cutting public spending = cheap alternatives, poor materials = recycle and repeat, until everything crumbles
@BBCPolitics School funding was not protected. In 2010 when the tories came in one of the first things they did was scrap school repairs
@BBCPolitics In other words, he shys away from increasing Income Tax for the top 15% and lashes out austerity for majority with rich getting richer, poor, poorer and ladders of social mobility commodified as per via privatisation, the rudiemnts of life. This is not fix, it is a shambles!
