Barry O'Sullivan @BJONOLD

@silvercue @spencermorgan93 To be fair he was a victim of the galactacose policy - bring in superstars rather then building a proper team. Mbappe is probably the best player in the world at the moment. Yamal will take the mantle in the next year or so.

@piersmorgan Why are you so ridiculously biased?

@AbuZeenat_ Juninho or Messi. Carlos was a terrible free kick taker.

@spencermorgan93 @Nowhere_man_85 Mbappe is not considered a failure there. Ronaldo went to Juventus after they won 7 league titles in a row, in his last season they barely qualified for the CL. I'm not blaming Ronaldo but football is a team game.

@spencermorgan93 PSG were not a team at the time. Luis Enrique came in and got rid of the galacticoes policy. Messi, Neymar and Mbappe all left and they started to win the champions league. You forget Messi had no pre season when he first joined, had injuries and covid during first season.

@piersmorgan @_DeclanRice He's not a midfield general.

@spencermorgan93 @mhussein_fcb Not to mention two extraordinary assists. One against the Dutch and the other against Croatia. But hey, Ronaldo fans don't recognise the other side of the game...creativity.

@piersmorgan @Cristiano @Ronaldo Maradona didn't score the winner against Italy in 1990. Caniggia scored and the game went to penalties. You're clueless when it comes to football. Maradona was a genius but you pretend to claim he's the best Argentian to belittle Messi. They are both better than Penaldo.

@piersmorgan @Cristiano @Ronaldo 1. L.Messi Last. C.Ronaldo and his sycophantic boyfriend, Piers Morgan

@spencermorgan93 Just shows you, bad players waste energy, great players like Messi and Ronaldo run when it's the right time to do so. Modern game is obsessed with stats.

@trussliz Is it comic relief day again?

@piersmorgan @Cristiano Will he ever just F...off

@Nasky303 @TouchlineX I would choose Messi any day over that narcissistic prat.

@spencermorgan93 He was unbelievably good, but so was Messi. Ridiculous debate really. I have Messi just ahead, but Ronaldo was phenomenal.

@spencermorgan93 I also like the World Cup stats. Messi 21 goals and 12 assists, Ronaldo 11 goals and 2 assists. Playing in roughly the same quality teams.

@TobiShoyemi1 How many goals has Ronaldo scored in the knockout stages of the World Cup?

@Elitefutbolsp Ronaldinho. Grossly overrated.

@piersmorgan Totally correct. Cue all the mad conspiracy theorists in the comments.

@AbhishekNe95994 Couldn't agree more. Ronaldo is nauseating.

@EstAlbiceleste @piersmorgan @Cristiano It was actually Cristiano and Piers. We are all descendents. That's actually scary laugh 🤣 😂
