I'm not going to soften that, and I'm not going to let you find out the rest from a block explorer. WHAT HAPPENED The seed leaked from my own machine. Not the server. The server was audited the same night: 2,011 key files scanned, 25 keypairs derived not one of them is a founder wallet. That key was never on that box. None of the 25 server wallets was touched. A compromised server would have emptied them. It didn't. My machine. My mistake. Not yours. WHAT IT COST — the part nobody wants to post Two things are gone permanently, and no amount of work gets them back: · solana:A4j77ZgCEW3i4k94jBDQY5XwPikBB41WYi2vCQqSpump creator fees. The pump.fun creator is written into the coin at birth and cannot be changed by anyone but pump.fun. It points at a drained wallet. Forever. · The 5% protocol leg on the 88 coins already launched. Their fee split was frozen on chain at launch. Frozen means frozen. And rounds stopped for 36 hours. Not because of the theft — a timer died silently on Sept 18 and nothing alerted. That's on me too. WHAT IS ACTUALLY INTACT — go check it yourself The admin key was never exposed. It lives on the server and it is a different key from the one that was drained. Every role the thief held has been rotated off: 4ARaPmNXkF8e2YNJpCpbhMCcAPo7VMa2rb55pN4VfykB1DArFbnP vRjB6qS9XRP2njMg78y8J1w6M5PPoUuSou8c Read the config account yourself. The thief holds nothing. The pot cannot pay a person. There is no instruction in the program that sends its SOL to a wallet. It can buy the rotation asset and reimburse a swap that is checked against the tokens actually delivered. That's it. I could not drain it if I wanted to. Neither can he. Delivery is permissionless. `deliver` checks three things — round open, desk activated, not already paid — and nothing about who is calling. If I vanish tomorrow, any one of you can force every desk's payout yourselves. That was built in on purpose, before any of this. The supply cap is 1,337, on chain, and the program only lets it go DOWN. On the 88 launched coins, the 70% holders leg and the 15% pot leg pay to server wallets. Untouched. Only the 5% protocol leg was lost. WHAT I DID TODAY Rounds are running again.
