@ReeceDanns I remember the controversy surrounding DeLorean back in the day which is why the use of his car in the film was so clever. Hey t was like the 2-fingered salute to DeLorean!!!

Flawed man but interesting to see how his involvement with Northern Ireland united people from different faiths in troubled times. Seen a couple of documentaries over the years, clearly an interesting character. Great viewing on BBC2 this evening. #delorean #dmc #johndelorean

Just watched the excellent @BackDelorean docufilm on @BBCTwo. I knew the story, but the archive footage made it. Amazingly, barely a reference to @BacktotheFuture. Whilst this was entirely right, its impact on the car & the legacy would have made an interesting postscript.

Just caught the end of the DeLorean programme on BBC2. DeLoreans 40th anniversary this year reminded me it’s been a year since I finally got to meet one. Don’t care what the haters say, I think they’re great & was a little bit emotional meeting my icon #TimeFlys lol

I am watching the program about John Delorean - very interesting. Lots of footage from the early 80s in NI too at the height of the troubles.
