Tired of constantly suffering back pain - then check my profile.

Do not suffer back pain needlessly. It is generally all easily sortable.

@tim_weeks The real cause is because the vertebrae in the lumbar spine are slighly mis-aligned.
@hoohaahevents Yes, it is a muscular spasm trapping the nerve. But first you have to sort what is causing the spasm - your back.
