Backspot Problems @BackspotsRule
There’s an unspoken oath between a backspot and their flyer that no matter what happens, she will NOT touch the ground. 5, 6, 7, 8.. Joined November 2013-

@meghan_meghannn Good luck! You will do great! 😄🎉💗
The sucky part of being a backspot is getting 0 credit for practically everything, but I still do it because I love it. ❤️
If you have a mental block just remember that Gods your spotter. He's got your back in everything you do, not just cheer. Just throw it. 😇🙌
Hi you guys! Hope you all had (or are having) a successful school cheer season! Now it's time to focus on Allstars. 😍❤️🎉
Sorry it's been a while, you guys! Cheer season has been in full swing so it's been a little busy lately. Happy stunting! 🎉
@Princess_GV you're so welcome!
Tall girls are the best! 😍 RT if you see your height: 5'7 5'8 5'9 5'10 5'11 6'0 6'1 6'2
So how about Olympic Gold Gymnast Gabby Douglas followed my personal. 😍😭🙌
Summer: The only 3 months of the year when you will see a cheerleader without a spray tan.
I've said for the past 5 years that I'll retire after this season... It still hasn't happened yet... lol whoops
Hey fellow backspots, sorry I've been MIA. It has been a very busy time, but cheer is back for the season and so am I! #backspotsrule 🎀
*does a standing triple full* *crys while attempting a back walkover*
If you're able to do a back walkover, I can't trust you.
“@eleesetiminey: @BackspotsRule middle for sure” definitely!
There are so many ways to grab the ankle! How do you prefer to do it?
Being a backspot is my pride and joy. My flyer is like my child. #BackspotSolutions
If someone tells you cheerleading's not a sport, IGNORE THEM. They're expecting a negative reaction from you. Just don't respond! Simple.
Respect your bases. Protect your flyer. Cherish your backspot.
@MadisonL723 I know! Trust me, you're not the only one that feels that way.
