Time flies; you will blink your eyes, and it's over. No words can explain how it feels to be at Tar Heel. Parents often ask how do you choose a college; my reply is "you gotta love who loves you." The Bacots always felt the love. I'm Armando Bacot Sr., and I'm a Tar Heel.
@BacotArmando_Sr Thank you for sharing a part of your life with us. You're one of the best!!
@BacotArmando_Sr Your son has literally been the biggest cheerleader/ recruiter for this program. Forget his dominance in the uniform, he’s been everything and more. GOD bless you and your family
@BacotArmando_Sr Mr. Bacot Sr., I speak for all Tar Heels across the globe when I say Thank You for raising such a fine young man, and helluva competitor.Your son has literally been through more ups and downs than any that came through here before him, but he never wavered in his commitment 💪🩵
@BacotArmando_Sr A mere thank you is never enough. You have been a pleasure to watch and look up to during your exemplary time with #UNC! #GoHeels
@BacotArmando_Sr Going to miss your son in a NC uniform! He truly has been a Tar Heel to never forget!!! Mando4life!!! 🏀💯
@BacotArmando_Sr Really appreciate your son. He’s been so good for the school and the sport. Hope his younger brother follows him. That would be fun.
@BacotArmando_Sr @UNC_TarHeelFan Thank you; Armando carried us; recruited for us in tough times.. My blink started with 32-0 national champions in 1957 and a freshman in med school. Then 57 years starting in 1967 when I could afford to be a Super Ram and have not missed a game since. Proud of your son. Love, Doc
