I’ve got a novel idea. Enforce the law that prevents the bad actors from not an instrument that can be used for anything. Just about anything can be used for good or bad. The act of doing the bad thing is what needs to be governed. Not taking away the ability to use it for good by law abiding citizens. That is just control over the people.

@HealthRanger Model Scope, there are and could be plenty of others too. It is going to be hard to restrict open models. The First Amendment would preclude it so they need private companies to do it for them. You can download a model from anywhere.

Have you seen the new Apple Studio and M5 Ultra? You can lease it for tge price if a max acvount and own your own model and get new ones for free ircfine tune then to your needs. This company and its drama partner are worth nothing. There will be models far better released in weeks or months at the longest. For most work there are a number of free models that can do the work. AGI sounds like something to invest in but they all claim it is here and it will be free in no time. As soon as the next round of models release. When everyone figures out that the best trick they have is taking millions of clients work and output and turning it into the next model and this puts all of them closer to out of work or out of business, they will all flee. You don’t get NDA or Non compete clauses with any if these labs. You can lease Apple or Nvidia as cheap and not expose your expertise and run a model locally. It all adds up to these companies in the long run being the new AOL or NETSCAPE. Invest at your own peril.
