This really is despicable from Michael Owen. A player who understands the danger of injuries comes out and says how he thinks the Liverpool players should’ve tried to injure Marcus Rashford. x.com/rishank_kumar/…

Messi has won 33.7% of Barcelona’s total trophies despite only being an active player for ~11% of their history. Meaning Barcelona are 3x more successful as a club with Messi than without him.

I want to see someone waving a banner celebrating Ed Woodward at Sanchez's home debut. Seriously. We need to show our appreciation for a man we abused during Moyes' tenure. He's been pulling blinders these last few years, in terms of both transfers and commercial sponsorship etc.

Wenger: “I respect United because they raise the money they pay to players with their own resources. It’s up to them how much they pay." If LFC spend 75m on someone or Barca spend £142m on someone who cares really? They earned that money. It's theirs. It wasn't a hangout.

Media reporting on Sanchez is starting to piss me off, if this was City we would never be hearing about agents fees, total wages cost over 5 years etc etc. It's an agenda simple as that.

@tom_hurrell Ibrahimovic is an outstanding player, but not at the level of Cristiano. There's no way Cristiano can or should accept being a squad player so I can't see that happening. He's one of the best of all time regardless of this season's form.

Strong reports in Spanish media that Ronaldo wants a Utd return and RM are willing to sell in summer given an adequate replacement. Would you take a 32 y/o (declining?) Ronaldo, considering it could hinder Martial/Rashford development & disrupt wage structure?

@Noodle_Ni I'd say he's a player that needs trust and man-management. I see a similar trend w players like Shaw, where if the player isn't the sort of Drogba-esque fiery, self-motivated character, Mou can't get through to them. I don't want Utd to lose world class players bc Mou can't adapt

@47united If you watched him at Dortmund, or even just heard what basically anyone in Germany says about him, you'd know the EPL hasn't even seen half of what he's capable of sadly

Everyone reporting Sanchez to United is done with Mkhi leaving to Arsenal. Although obviously I'm super excited to see Sanchez at OT, I'm sad we never really got to see Mkhitaryan's true potential at Utd. Mourinho really should've done more to get the best out of him.

When will English media ever learn to stop pressuring English youth? p.s. Harry Kane is 24, at 24 Messi was scoring 91 goals in one year. x.com/telefootball/s…
