Do you remember when you joined Twitter? I do! #MyTwitterAnniversary

Scientific data shows agents who have more tweets than followers result in 1. Extremely long query response times 2. “No response means pass” policy 3. Little to no listed book sales 4. Holier than thou attitudes 5. Higher chance of blaming men for their problems

Protect your work, writers! I'm boycotting @Trident_Media as a whole until they address this. What if I was repped by a good agent there & they left & I was stuck with this guy? I'm sure I'm not the only writer thinking this... jamesfryarwrites.weebly.com/home/on-agents… 😡

Proves the agents at #TridentMediaGroup are complicit. They’d rather stay with a fraudulent agency for easy cash than help the real people who pay their bills: writers Money outweighs integrity, remember that #MarkGottlieb

It baffles me how #kidlit suddenly lost interest in the #lupinegrove #DanielleSmith scandal #AmQuerying

The #kidlit #yalit publishing industry is falling apart under its own arrogance

#DanielleSmith and Mark Gottlieb are two examples of the toxic publishing industry #WritersDontNeedAgents #GoIndie

Fallon can block me but it only shows I was right #CHECKMATE #PitchWars x.com/badficwriter/s…

SINCE VOGUE AND OTHER MAGAZINES WILL NOT PUT HER ON THEIR COVER SHARE THIS SO IT GOES VIRAL. WHAT A BEAUTIFUL FIRST LADY WE HAVE BOTH INSIDE AND OUT 🇺🇸 #FLOTUS 🇺🇸@realDonaldTrump @MELANIATRUMP

Cis white male agents must throw themselves at the mercy of #POC and #marginalized authors. Your #WhitePrivilege can help ignored voices ring out to the masses. The world needs #diversity not white poison. Step up, men. Do something useful. White authors had their chance #mswl

It's also okay to be sad a lot. Social media is a lie. Remember that.

Since gatekeepers claim empathy, what say you to the aspiring authors sent into suicidal depression from YOUR rejection? Writers, you’re nothing but a pay day to agents. Perform or get dropped No subtweet will change the truth One less annoying #amquerying writer in the inbox

Lovely you assumed my gender. Once an agent with multiple publishing connections, always a heartless gatekeeper using her privilege to rise to the top x.com/laurenspieller…

I’m so sick of everyone I know saying that I’m a “sellout” simply for supporting my president. As a black man, I see no problem with supporting a president who is doing SO much for the black community. Black Conservatives AREN’T sellouts. Who’s Agrees?

@Michael_Grella Published author with no agent who so happens to be an agent herself. White privilege or publishing connections? You pick

Another agent pretending to understand the sting of rejections. Writers spend years crafting books & may never get signed. An agent doesn’t have their heart & soul poured into a piece of work. They didn’t spend 15 years writing book after book in hopes of publishing #amquerying x.com/laurenspieller…

Also, it's not like agents don't understand the sting of rejection. We get rejected all the time. But we take those rejections in stride b/c a) we understand it's a subjective industry, and b) we need to sell those editors future books, so maintaining relationships is paramount

They can easily drop a writer for not selling & move on to the next. ATTN agents: Stop pretending to know how we feel Another mouthy white agent thinking she can connect with the peasants

An agent that isn’t a SJW #MSWL
