@LovelyZena Annabelle was irredeemable from start to finish and the racism of sacrificing Alfre Woodard just called attention to how bad the film was. So, they couldn't have saved her character. Just Alfre Woodard's dignity by advising her not to do the film.

I *did* think maybe I was still light-headed when I re-watched this film in 2021 after just getting out of the hospital... Now, I've watched it again. And I'm ready to go on record: Halloween 5 is not only an excellent film but one of the absolute best of the franchise.
