Growing in Balance Farms today ❤️

Like most microgreens Sunflower Micro greens carry many health benefits. Including containing a balanced supply of essential amino acids and being rich in vitamins A, D, E and the B complex, including folate. They also have high levels of potassium, calcium, magnesium and iron.
Red Sorrel plays a key role in immune function due to its vitamin content. Containing good amounts of vitamins C and A and some B vitamins. It's also high in fiber, which can promote regularity, increase feelings of fullness, and help stabilize blood sugar levels.
Kale microgreens are known to be the most nutrient-dense superfood on the planet! They have many health benefits, and at the same time, low in calories. As microgreens, they hold four times the nutrient levels than the full-grown version hold.
