Opinion | Xbox made multiple commitments to its players and fans by announcing Marvel's Blade, State of Decay 3, and Senua; the latter two even being advertised to their most loyal customers not even 5 months ago. Xbox is holding on to their promise with State of Decay 3. It'll be released and it'll be on Game Pass, just as announced. That's good. As a costumer, I don't care if the logistics behind the scene changed. That's fine. As for Marvel's Blade and Senua, those are commitments you made to the Xbox community. I'll not be easy on Xbox if these promises won't be fulfilled; and neither should you. The Xbox brand took enough damage during those last couple of years. Returning to Xbox means rebuilding trust with your fans. I do understand the Xbox reset. I do understand why it's needed. I do understand why some studio departures are needed, even if they hurt. But if you made commitments and promises to this Xbox community; stand by them. Just as you stood to much worse ideas such as Halo or Fable becoming multiplatform.
This is the same date I found based on researching the French labor law regarding the divestiture of Arkane from Xbox. However, if the game is nearing the end of its production cycle (which lines up pretty well with that planned November 2027 release, giving them plenty of time to polish the game), WHY THE HELL is Xbox not just saying “Fuck it” and footing the rest of the bill for this project?!? It’s a Marvel IP, and if this was a situation where Xbox decided to make it an exclusive first party title AND it’s received well? You bet your ass people would be willing to grab an Xbox to check it out. Sony is vulnerable, especially in the quality department for their first party games, as while I didn’t HATE Wolverine, it represented everything I no longer enjoy in gaming. Blade can and SHOULD operate as a stark and necessary counterpoint.
Arkane Lyone has reportedly until November 13th to find a new buyer. According to an union member, 'Blade' is nearing the end of production. 213 Jobs are at risk. lemonde.fr/pixels/artic..…
SOMEONE PLEASE BUY THIS STUDIO. I’LL GET THE COLLECTORS EDITION
Arkane Studios has until November 13 to find a buyer with several forms of takeover under consideration. Their ‘BLADE’ game “is nearing the end” of production with one rep saying it “would be a monumental waste” if it went unreleased. (Source: gematsu.com/2026/10/report…)
@Wario64 Someone please buy them and make the Blade game happen
@reloadkg @RockstarGames @Dexerto @DiscussingFilm Only on Mouse and Keyboard. Feels far more natural there. But when you’re stuck with controller, it was very clunky. RDR2 felt better on controller in first person but was built from the ground up for it and not caked in later like V was
Being old enough to go to one of these alone now just for this shit to not happen is so heartbreaking
@GAMERTAGVR Haven’t tried before so dumb question, can I use the meta quest 2 for this? Running a 5080
i love that hellraiser is trending again it brings me so much joy when people talk about the cenobites like they’re close personal friends. like yes me and the chatterer will be playing fortnite together
@NickRebornTV Definitely needs to be score based. Not live based. It punishes the good players tbh

BREAKING: The Senate blocks the Ratepayer Protection Act, a bill designed to stop massive AI data centers from passing the costs of their growing power needs onto other electricity customers.
Xbox released a game TODAY from one of their major IPs and no one is talking about it.
@GearsofWar Why can Xbox games ever include split screen for pc?
@GearsGarrison I’m bummed but can understand the gameplay mechanics being different. Private lobbies and leaderboards have been done since the 2000’s Missing content to be added later is what was detrimental to halo infinite and that was technically a great game that got served in courses
he's literally saying it out loud and mainstream media will not report on it
Netanyahu gloats about how Israel can paint anybody as an enemy by hacking into their cellphones
Netanyahu is openly bragging about being able to hack any phone while threatening to plant false evidence on the phones of people who criticize Israel. These people are a danger to Western society. Very concerning.
