Make Bengali Mandatory in WBCS If you want to serve Bengal, you must be able to read, write and speak Bengali. Tamil is mandatory in Tamil Nadu, and Kannada is mandatory in Karnataka. Then why isn't Bengali mandatory in Bengal's WBCS? Is Bengal a dharamshala? @SuvenduWB
