@PierrePoilievre Rising youth unemployment and higher cost of living for everyone needs to be addressed but it’s causes stem from years before and market influences beyond Carney. Let’s hope we see improvement in the next couple of years!

@uberminch @business Carney is lowering immigration numbers for an undetermined amount of time so Canada’s system can receive people without being overwhelmed. Canada needs immigration. Carney knows it needs to be done better.

@GMDanTO @Shred1X @business All people who voted care about the state of the country. That’s why they voted. It sounds like it is important to you to despise Liberal decisions at all costs. This will not help Canada succeed. Being open minded when reading opinions we don’t agree with might.

@elonmusk @grok Elon wants the world to be smart. What about changing X algorithms so viewers see opposite or randomized viewpoints to what they’ve read or watched, to build people’s capacity to think more broadly….like how the pencil ✏️ depends on broadly sourced resources to be produced?

@elonmusk @grok Elon wants uncensored media, yet x algorithms censored content to favor conservatives, true? A trickle effect of biased algorithms is division and hate among followers even beyond US borders, and learning hate communication as a way of life, especially if newly following politics

⏪Throwback Thursday: An important reminder. I’m surprised how often I’m asked, “Is travel insurance really something I should bother with?” The answer is YES. Here’s why. Let us know in the comments your travel insurance stories!

@lillydevally @MarkJCarney This has nothing to do with whether anyone is conservative or liberal.

@Northerngold01 It is ok to disagree. It is not ok to invent information and imply someone is corrupt based on zero facts, as you are doing in your post.

I join all Canadians tonight in mourning the passing of Marc Garneau. A naval officer, a history-making astronaut, and a public servant of exceptional distinction, he brought dedication and duty to every post he held. I extend my deepest condolences to his family, friends, colleagues, and to all Canadians who looked to him for inspiration. May we all remember him for the national pride and possibility he represented to us all.

@jasminlaine A theory is something based on facts and something you can prove through observation or experimentation. Yours is an imagined idea. You present no evidence or facts or ways to defend it.

@voteothersk2016 @covid_parent @MarkJCarney @VP Carney the judges of his work will be Canadians by how they feel better about jobs, the economy, groceries etc., (it’s not going to be overnight). I don’t see how we can ask for more than a leader skills, a plan and awareness that Canadians’ livelihoods are at stake.

@datadumphere @covid_parent @MarkJCarney @VP I’m sorry you feel like you have nothing. I feel like we have so much to be grateful for in Canada, including a PM who is doing a lot and has a lot to offer.

@robeman2014 @Mikeggibbs I disagree. Some people are saying he’s in it for treasons other than to give it his best go because he cares about the country he grew up in and others are repeating it. That doesn’t make it true.

The E.M. case against the five world juniors tells me we might have to re-think our court system. She endured NINE days on the stand. You can say that is the law, but maybe we should re-think it. I see why many victims/survivors of sexual abuse opt for silence.
