@LRosestars @toobaffled Yes! It makes a huge difference to many patients. The prices were out of control for many before he stepped in. Now they’re dirt cheap. It’s insane how much money the pharmaceutical companies were making off of Americans. And selling the same scrips cheap to other countries.

@LRosestars @toobaffled I know many doctors who travel during their time off from work to help the poor. It’s not as bad as you think- lots of good doctors trying to help the situation.

@LRosestars @toobaffled I don’t know, but I know he plans to do that, go to rural places to help after he becomes a doctor and after residency. My other son prefers cities. They’re twins but have different preferences. But he also will spend time in rural areas to help. He will have to travel.

@LRosestars @toobaffled Yes, that is one problem, but the other major problem is the insurance companies. I don’t blame a few concierge doctors trying to make a good living. Trump is trying to fix the insurance company issues. He already worked on the prescriptions. Now we can get them way cheaper! 🙏🏼

@LRosestars @toobaffled One of my sons would sign up. He graduated from an Ivy League school and enjoyed helping poor people in the remote locations when he was an EMT. Unfortunately, that is not an option. Call your congressman and make it happen. He will do it instead of paying over 400k.

@LRosestars @toobaffled Working like a dog barely making anything and getting almost no sleep. They work day and night! They pay a huge price to get where they are. So if they need to pay off loans they’re need to not always be working free clinics, etc. they need to survive too.

@LRosestars @toobaffled Residency barely pays them, so if they took loans they’re in debt for many years. During residency which could be 3 to 7 years they’re barely making anything and they have loans to pay back. So 4 years of med school where they racked up debt and then several years working like a

@LRosestars @toobaffled Exactly, there are other doctors who will step up- it’s whatever they choose. Some choose to do plastic surgery to make ugly celebrities look more hideous. Others choose to be at academic hospitals making less money.

@LRosestars @toobaffled Several times before the patient was stabilized and the plane landed. This is while he was at college. They have many friends going into the medical field. They are all passionate about patient care and would save lives regardless of money. You need to trust in humanity.

@LRosestars @toobaffled My other son spent his time as an EMT in a very rural area helping extremely poor people who had almost no access to medical care. They will both be doctors. They will both be passionate about patient care. One of them saved someone’s life on a plane while at college. Did CPR…

@LRosestars @toobaffled I have two sons who were just admitted to medical schools. One spent his entire 4 years at college doing Alzheimer’s and epilepsy research and working as a scribe and medical assistant at free medical clinics throughout the city. Many immigrants and poor people came in.
