This might be a good time to clarify the monetary design behind Circles, as many people are confused about how it's supposed to work. 1. Circles is not based on scarcity: it does not have a limited amount of tokens (e.g. 21million) that will be issued at any point in time.

Agree. If profits are delayed rewards for risk-taking than rewards should get lower the more wealth you have and the lesser risk is involved. The gains could be used for #basicincome to give more non-rich people access to risk-taking & entrepreneurship. @AndrewYang @leashless

Governments are unwilling to redistribute wealth in a way that could easily cover everyone's basic needs. We're tired of waiting for them and are creating new monetary systems and local economies from the ground up!

If you love the idea of decentralized market economies and hate the idea of unconditional basic income, you've got a real problem on your hands because the former requires the latter. Markets require customers who require money. As money goes to fewer hands, markets break down.
