Need to start giving youth players more time to rest and recover. Many of them are doing too much.

@BballCoachMac 🎯. Tournaments every weekend (2-4 games) . Kids are entering into high school/college with thousands of miles on their body.
@BballCoachMac It adds up after a while. So many games and kids are already devaluing their recovery at a young age (sleep, nutrition).
