If you ship internationally, don’t use @UPS. They are still looking for an address for a birthday gift and Christmas present. @DHLUS @DHLGlobal found it no problem. @UPS has now lost the package as well….

@AskDyson I contacted dyson a month ago on a vacuum purchased in December that already is clogged. I was told a new head was being sent. I have not received a part or any communication. I have dogs so had to go buy a working vacuum. Not a Dyson. I am very disappointed in Dyson

@AskDyson I returned an Airwrap, which was received by Dyson on 1/20/24. I still have not received my refund and I’ve followed-up twice, both times being told my issue would be elevated and they’d make sure it was taken care of right away. Yet, still nothing.
