I'm proud to share our new @NatureComms paper on iRIL-seq, an updated and streamlined version of #RIL-seq to map RNA-RNA interactomes in vivo without UV crosslink! We revealed many mRNA regulatory hubs targeted by >=4 sRNAs and a new 3'UTR-sRNA FadZ. rdcu.be/ds2tQ
