@ring Hi, we’ve had a Ring doorbell for about 6 years. The chime seems to have stopped working and we can’t get it going despite following all the troubleshooting steps. Is there anything you can do to replace the chime unit for us? Thank you

@Treatwelluk really disappointed with your customer service. Bought my husband a massage for Christmas. He travelled half an hour to the salon only to find it closed. Spent 15 minutes waiting outside in the wind and rain only to get a cancellation and no apology. Very poor

@MoxyHotels I’m shocked to have received a parking fine for Edinburgh airport from a company representing you. I didn’t enter your car park, didn’t leave my car and was only there 20 minutes. Surely a £60/100 fine can’t be reasonable? Can you help? Thank you

@EDI_Airport I’m shocked to have received a parking fine from Parking Eye/ Moxy hotel having followed the signs to the free drop off area. Surely a £60/£100 fine is completely unreasonable. I didn’t leave my car and was there for 20 minutes waiting for my family. Can you help?

If science has changed, why should evaluation of scientific research remain unchanged ? I welcome this initiative from three prestigious academies which puts forward basic principles to help answer this critical question. academie-sciences.fr/pdf/rapport/av…
